The Denver Gamenight Group is for anyone interested in playing board games, from people completely new to the world of modern board games to grizzled veterans with massive personal collections. We get together a few times a week at local breweries to play games and socialize!
The games we play range from modern classics like Dominion, Power Grid, Puerto Rico, and Settlers of Catan, to new games hot off the shelf. American games, European games, miniatures games, wargames, collectible card games, and everything else in the tabletop gaming world are welcome at our events.
If you have an idea for a board game event or are interested in hosting one of our events please speak with an organizer and we'll set it up.
First Timers!
Maybe you're in town visiting, maybe you just recently moved here and wanna meet new people, or maybe you've been here for years and just found us; whatever your reason for showing up your first time, WELCOME! Seriously, we're glad to have new people show up, more people means more players and more players means we get to play more games, something we all love. Don't sweat it if you don't know any boardgames besides monopoly either, we love teaching our awesome games to people. Heck, when I went to the first of these gamenights almost 12 years ago, I didn't know anything more complicated than Catan, but people taught me a few games, I got hooked and now I run this crazy group. So feel free to show up, and when you do, walk right up to any group playing games and introduce yourself, ask questions about whats being played and get involved! See ya soon!
